Content Creator | Videographer & Photographer

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and digitally savvy content creator with excellent proven videography and photography abilities to join our team. You must be ready to dive into our fast-paced environment and help bring amazing content to the world!

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and creating a range of quality entertaining and educational content across all platforms for The Masters Institute of Creative Education and Holmes Education Group’s wider global portfolio. You will work closely with the communications team to develop content (video and photography) and deliver engaging campaigns that drive conversion.

You’ll be leading all content, driving the filming schedule, pitching new ideas, recruiting talent, and ensuring we hit all the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram so we can engage and grow our audience.

  • Create and deliver engaging original content for global marketing activities using static and moving images – photography, videography and graphic design (including stop motion GIF videos)
  • Filming and editing videos – both in Premiere Pro and using more “on the fly” applications such as Capcut or Videoleap
  • Rework pre-existing video content and create new content from an extensive database of pre-recorded content
  • Develop storyboards for more complex video and photography production, creating call sheets and directing third-party videographers/content creators
  • Work closely with the extended marketing team on content strategy development, from idea pitch to execution and implementation
  • Manage the content studio and ensure asset management processes are adhered to, ensuring equipment is regularly audited and in good working order
  • Oversee external and/or internal content shoots alongside the creative team, including scouting, booking locations and managing talent and external videographers/photographers, as required
  • Get props for photo shoots and content shoots as needed. Coordinate samples and allocation of stock to shoot with and ensure all products are available at the time of shooting
  • Conduct constant research to be at the forefront of current fashion, hair, beauty, makeup industry as well as social media and content trends


  • Previous experience in videography and content creation with the ability to rotate and create content on the go and across different mediums
  • Solid experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong video editing and post-production skills are a must
  • Intermediate knowledge
  • Ability to follow and execute briefs, and enjoy working independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and targets
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnarounds, multi-task, prioritize projects, and communicate progress with management
  • Strong visual skills, including an eye for aesthetics, lighting, shot composition, and use of color and graphics
  • A great knowledge of filming and sound recording equipment
  • Experience in developing social media campaigns on channels such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience working with social calendar, planning, and analytics tools
  • A self-starter who is comfortable using current and emerging digital imaging technology, techniques, methods and formats
