Lima Bean is an international software development company, specializing in web and mobile solutions for a wide range of clients.

We are looking for a new team member to lead day-to-day communications with clients on the account as well as team and workflow management for these accounts. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to get their hands dirty. This role is versatile and combines team and account management with quality assurance. The candidate will report directly to the COO.

Your role:

Day by day

  • Lead, develop and implement software development work assigned by management, customers and project managers.
  • Work with the development team to advance work on Jira.
  • Manage all customer communications for your assigned accounts and ensure effective and lasting relationships are built.
  • Monitor and manage assigned work on Jira, through our support system, emails and Slack.
  • Create, manage, troubleshoot, restore, deploy and monitor websites and work required on mandates.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as web designers, to ensure work is designed, assigned, and completed.
  • Double-check updates made by other team members to make sure the updates are working.
  • Track errors and ensure they are fixed and perform full QA on every ticket.
  • Check every page in a system and ensure layout and design is consistent with website/corporate identity.
  • System testing. Perform user testing on systems, etc.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate work on accounts and ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Manage account budgets, ensuring monthly budgets are met.
  • Analyze account performance and generate monthly reports.
  • Manage daily briefs, issues and keep various stakeholders up to date.
  • Build effective relationships with clients and the team.

Required Skills
We are looking for a versatile individual with an eye for detail, e-commerce experience, and the organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. We require this individual to build strong relationships with the client and the team, while delivering thorough and detailed work.

skills and eexperience
– A minimum of at least three years of experience as an account manager in the field of digital website development.
– Solid experience in e-commerce sites with direct communications with third parties.
– Knowledge of Jira or similar task/workflow management systems as an operational tool.
– Excellent business English communication skills and willingness to build strong client relationships.
– Previous agency experience in web development.
