TikTok launches new video editor to help brands create more native-looking TikTok clips
It could be handy – TikTok has released a new video editing tool designed to help marketers create more effective, native TikTok video clips for their channels.

“TikTok Video Editor is a smart online editor that gives advertisers access to a suite of TikTok-style editing features. The new video editing tool can be accessed through the “Create Video” menu in TikTok Ads Manager, or from the Create Ads menu when setting up a campaign.
To get started, you first choose the video content you want to edit, either from content you’ve already uploaded to TikTok or from your existing assets on your PC. Yesor then drag the appropriate video into the playback view to start editing.
In the editor, you can add music (either by download your own or choose from a library of copyrighted music) and overlay text on your clip.
As you can see, there are a range of style and font options, which you can easily add to your downloaded clip.
You can also insert transitions between images and add visual effects, such as glitter type overlays and blur tools. You can also remove objects from your video clip, split and change the volume of your audio tracks.
And most importantly, you can crop your video to the right size:
